Manages all finances of one of the premier Tier I AAA youth hockey organizations in the Midwest, primarily using QuickBooks Online to manage invoices and track income/expenses throughout various categories (e.g. player fees for 60+ families, payroll, tax management, travel costs, ice fees, tryout fees, etc.)

Distributes and collects all paperwork for 60+ players each season (e.g. contracts, waivers, billet housing profiles, etc.), resulting in the organization of sum 400+ documents

Efficiently organizes the 400+ documents by team/player so each coach can have easy and direct access to their team's important information whenever needed (i.e. quick access to a player's health insurance information if an injury occurs at a tournament)

Manages and organizes online apparel store orders for efficient distribution
As Multimedia Specialist:

Developed an entire branding toolkit to align with new sponsorship from Mastery Logistics Systems (Omaha, NE), then redesigned and helped rewrite all organization paperwork and public-facing material (e.g. contracts, waivers, informational forms, social channels, etc.) to align with and promote the new branding

Additionally, promoted the new branding on social media to bring awareness to the new sponsorship/name and build the organization’s brand online (and continues to do so)

Utilizing target market strategy, creates digital content to post on the organization's social channels, including (but not limited to) player signing announcements, info. graphics, alumni updates, testimonials, and reactions to current events in the hockey world

Handles all digital and print content creation for the organization

Completely redesigned the organization’s website to improve overall look and function, showcase new and consistent branding, and make it easier for families to utilize the site's storefront page (used as an option for paying monthly player fees and purchasing team apparel)
